It’s available for orders pan India with additional COD charges of INR 60 per order.

The Cash On Delivery payment method is not available for international orders.

We  generally take 2 business days to process orders. Orders once shipped are typically delivered within 6-8 working days. Deliveries may be delayed due to factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc

If you need to cancel your purchase, please do so within 2 hours of placing it by sending a message on the contact form or sending us an email on iconicbaehq@gmail.com

If you have already paid for your purchase, you will get a refund  payment within 3 working days of the order cancellation date. (As per Bank regulations.)

Shipping is free all over India. There are no additional shipping charges.

However, for international orders, shipping charges are applicable as per the area code.

Yes, the pricing is inclusive of taxes and duties.

RETURNS – All the products on our website are custom made and we ensure to deliver you only what you order. 

They are non-returnable and are refundable only when it’s our mistake. Let’s say you ordered a Black tshirt but we sent a White one, we will refund you, not just for the product but for the shipping also. Similarly let’s say you ordered product in print design A but we gave you Design B, we’ll refund you.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, photographs of the defect etc. Kindly send us an email at iconicbaehq@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of defective item to initiate the process and our team will connect for further movement.

Once our quality team will check and confirm the issued refund or replacement of product will initiate within 48 hours.

EXCHANGE – In case the size you ordered isn’t a right fit for you, you can exchange the size. However, please do remember that these are custom printed products and the exchange would mean, printing the new size and delivering it. It will take as much time as ordering a new one! Hence, please check the size chart before ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct size in one go 🙂

If you still need to exchange the size, please send us an email at iconicbaehq@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of the item. Please note that you will have to pay for the return courier on your own

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
